I just saw the clip today for the first time and I am pretty sure that Technoviking is speaking either Finnish or Estonian language. I can´t make out exactly what He says, but last words are clear. He is saying something like "Sit still for a while". So it seems that he is not German. I am from Finland myself and I´m damn proud to live in a same country as King of kings and Lord of lords!
